Advanced disciplines require a member to be at least 14 years old and have taken basic rifle and or pistol.
Steel Rifle/Pistol
This is an advanced discipline where members shoot at steel targets for a time. Members have competed as a team in the Scholastic Action Shooting Sports competitions and the National Championships. Divisions offered are 22 lr rifle and pistol and 9mm pistol.
Muzzleloader
Members learn the basics of shooting a muzzleloader rifle. Members learn how to correctly load, pack, and shoot a muzzleloader. Members have participated in 4H National championships and former members still hold state records.
