We have begun accepting 2017 memberships for the Lake County Young Guns 4H Shooting Sports Club. This year, in order to expedite the membership process, we are using an online membership system. Clink on the link included at the end of this post to access that system. Once your membership process has been completed we will email you the additional shooting sports required forms.
A member must be between 9 and 18 on January 1, 2017 to qualify for membership. If you do not already belong to a 4H club in Lake County Ohio you will have to pay a $20.00 membership fee. This fee gets paid to the county.
The online process will not only allow you to sign up, but order project books, t-shirts and make the purchase within this online system using a credit or debit card. Just follow the instructions included in the form. In addition to the membership fee, costs include, a $ 5 club fee to help support costs of ammo, targets and other needed supplies, $6 project book cost, and a 3% processing fee on the total purchase amount. This processing fee is what allows us to use the online payment and membership system. The only limitation to this system is that each member must complete a separate membership submission. We have a limited number of openings in the club, so please reserve your spot by completing the online membership process. After you have completed the process and secured your spot, you will receive an email with the additional forms that are needed for membership. If you click on the link and receive a message that states form not available that means that we have reached our capacity and you will be placed on our waiting list. Our season will begin in March after our membership process is completed. You will be put on our email list so look for email notices for meetings.
